Boil together tin of peeled toms, massel stock cube garlic onion chopped and Ras al Hanou spice. Stir in chunks of sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot, parsnip. Cook until soft. Stir in chicken breast or lean ham and lots of chopped herbs.
Instead of mash potato cook cauliflower and whizz.
Use sweet potato instead of potatoes, but neither after lunch.
