I think it’s week six anyway! I have lost track of the weeks since I’ve forgotten to blog, but there’s 6 weigh-ins in my little book.
Total loss of 2.6kg so far. A bit below my aim of 0.5-1kg/week, but it’s a downward trend.
I lost 1.1kg this week; although I’m not sure how much of that was wearing different clothes. Still, I didn’t track this week, so it’s good to know that general mindfulness has some result.
I’ll be on camp next week, so it’s a bit harder to choose my food. I can still try to limit my intake of cake and muffins, opt for fruit, and not go back for seconds. That’s my aim!
